Shipping Information
We work with DHL to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. The total delivery time within Germany is typically 1-3 business days from the time of your order until delivery. This includes processing time and shipping of your order.
For shipments to countries outside Germany, please note that delivery may take between 4-10 days.
Please be aware that public holidays and weekends can affect delivery times.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your shipment online at any time: DHL Tracking.
Shipping to Pack Stations
We also offer shipping to Pack Stations. If you would like your order delivered to a Pack Station, please enter "Packstation" along with the Pack Station number in the "Street" field. Your postal number must be entered in the additional address field (apartment, room, etc.).
Returns
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without providing any reasons. Opened, used, or damaged goods can also be returned under the right of withdrawal. However, please note that you will be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avapari GmbH, Tiedenkamp 23, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany, support@avaparifragrances.de) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Notice on Diminished Value
Please note that you will be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Processing Time
The processing of your return, including checking the returned goods and refunding the purchase price, may take up to 14 business days. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding regarding potential delays.
