Who is behind Avapari?

We are a German family business. Our name "Avapari" is a tribute to our roots and our vision: The syllable "Av" comes from Anatolian and merges with "Pari", which stands for the fine Parisian essence.

What makes Avapari special?

Avapari stands for high-quality fragrance creations with character, style, and a clear commitment to quality. We collaborate with experienced perfumers from Grasse and source our raw materials from fine fragrance houses. This results in fragrances that not only smell good but also feel luxurious, sophisticated, and unique.

Are your fragrances made in Germany?

Yes. Our perfumes are bottled and processed in Germany.

What makes Avapari quality?

We work in close contact with experienced perfumers directly from Grasse, the world capital of perfume, and source our raw materials from fine fragrance houses. Our perfume oils remain undiluted. This allows us to offer exquisite and high-quality raw materials at a fair price.

How long does the scent last?

Our Extrait de Parfums are designed for long-lasting wear and intense fragrance development. Depending on the fragrance character, skin type, and environment, the scent lasts for many hours and noticeably evolves during that time.

What's the best way to apply perfume?

It's best to spray your perfume on warm areas of your skin, such as your neck or wrists. The fragrance can develop particularly well there. It's important not to rub the fragrance immediately after application, so that the individual notes can develop cleanly.

What's the best way to store my perfume?

It's best to store your perfume in a cool, dark place. You should avoid direct sunlight, the bathroom, and strong temperature fluctuations to ensure the fragrance quality is preserved for as long as possible.

Yes, of course. You can also order from us normally without a customer account.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Yes, changes are generally possible at a later date. It's best to contact our support as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Your fragrance usually arrives within 2 to 5 days.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We ship with DHL.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Germany, within Europe, and to the USA.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €70. For international orders, shipping costs apply.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return my order?

Unopened fragrances can be returned within 14 days. Opened products are excluded from return.

Who bears the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
